Nothing like waking up to a lunch already packed and a dinner ready to eat! 

I have my George Brown Healthy Chef Certificate and Food Safety Certificate and never leave a mess!

I have extensive experiece cooking for clients with food allergies and those trying new diets: vegan, vegetarian, paleo... you name it. I like to cook with fresh herbs and spices and pack as much whole grains and veggies into every dish that is humanly possible! That said, I am not against making rich and decandent dishes~

I like to cook with fresh herbs and spices and pack as much whole grains and veggies into every dish that is humanly possible! That said, I am not against making rich and decandent dishes~

I grew up in Quebec and love dishes from "home", but also am well versed in many international cuisines, from Thai to Morrocon. 

I cook for families with picky eaters, seniors with small appetites to people who just like good hearty food.

I am able to cook in my home and deliver food to your fridge and/or freezer or come into your home and cook.

I am known for making delicious meals and snacks tailered to your dietary needs, presented in a gorgeous manner. I take into consideration any dietary needs for those who are gluten intolerant, vegan etc.

I am available to come to your gathering, office meeting or even a cozy dinner for two; I deliver or cook on the premices if desired. Your choice!

Lunches and snacks to go

Sandwiches

Whole wheat or gluten-free wraps and/ or a variety of breads with a variety of cheese and/or meats, packed with vegggies, home-made spreads and lovely sides of olives, pickles and salads.

Super-power muffins, cookies and energy balls

Whole wheat or gluten free muffins, breakfast cookies and energy bites packed with dried fruit, flax, nuts and seeds. (Can be nut-free)

Brown rice, watercress and black bean salad

Brown basmati or short-grain rice with black beans, with or without chicken breast,  watercress and peppers in a super tasty home-made dressing. 


Family dinners

Fresh tomato, olives, arugula and feta spaghettini

Using the best tomatoes is the key! Chopped with a bit of onion, garlic, basil and arugula, this salad can be eaten warm, room temperature or cold. Served with a whole wheat or gluten-free baguette to mop up the juices.

Authentic Quebec Tourtiere

Beef and pork mince with lovey spices in a flaky crust, seved with an amazing potato salad and greens.

Greek sheet pan chicken/pork/tempha and veggies with fresh herbs and lemon

Build your own pita! Marinated chicken, peppers, onions, zucchini and artichokes, served with pita, tzatziki sauce and a village salad.

Thai pork/chicken/shrimp/tofu coconut curry

This curry can be mild or spicy - and kids LOVE it. Flavoured with lemongrass, green curry paste, cilantro and served over jasmine rice with baby bok choy.

Healthy (and Hearty) Mac and Cheese

Made with a sauce of cauliflower, squash, and a variety of cheeses.  Everyone will ask for seconds!

Crostini Platter

Freshly baked and toated bread with a varitey of toppings: Roasted beet/carrot/zucchini hummus - made with fresh herbs and spices. Chopped tomatoes with fresh basil. Soft brie with pistachios and honey, fresh tomatoes with basil and garlic, fava beans with mint and olive oil, the list is endless!


Quiches

Always a crowd pleaser from family luncheons to corporate functions, I offer a wide variety of vegetarian, gluten-free and non-vegetarian quiches, always rich and cheesy, and served with a spectacular salad.

Sandwich/Soup combos

Soups of alll kinds (seasonal) such as fresh tomato and basil, roasted squash with creme fraiche and pepita, shrimp/tofu/chicken thai coconut soup with sticky rice or vermicelli, Italian wedding...the list is endless! All served with appropriate sides such as breads and crackers of all types, cheese, string rolls... also endless.

Chili

Classic beef or chicken chili, vegetarian squash chipolte chili with bulgar, creamy white chicken chili ... again the list goes on and on. Served with cornbread, chips and all the fixings (avacado, onions, sour cream etc.).
